I had a fantastic stay at the lovely and cosy house near Birmingham. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making my weekend getaway a great experience. The owner was friendly and easily reachable for any inquiries. The location was convenient, especially for visiting the NEC. Parking was plentiful and the area felt safe and quiet. I highly recommend this accommodation for a wonderful stay in Birmingham.

We stayed at Hawksworth House for a kickboxing tournament at North Solihull Sports Centre. The location was perfect, closer than any hotel and cost-effective for our family. The house itself was lovely, with spacious bedrooms and the convenience of 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. The property had a garden and a back gate, making it easy to access from the car. The owner was also very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay again for future trips to the area.

The house provided everything we needed for a cozy Christmas getaway. Upon arrival, the house was warm and inviting, and the well-equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare our holiday meals. The location was perfect – close to the sports center where we had a kickboxing tournament and also near Resort World, which offered a great selection of restaurants. The allocated parking spot and the garage were definitely a plus, providing convenience and peace of mind.

The lack of seating in the living area. Although the house comfortably slept our group of five, there were only four dining chairs and the sofa bed was the only comfortable seating option.

The location of the accommodation is excellent, with convenient proximity to the NEC, Bear Grylls Centre, and Resorts World. Guests also appreciated the allocated parking and garage facilities. Secondly, the house itself was cozy and well-equipped, with a warm and inviting atmosphere upon arrival. The kitchen was fully stocked with tea and coffee, and all beds were comfortable. guests enjoyed the peaceful and safe neighborhood.

Some guests mentioned that the sofa in the lounge was a bit small for larger groups, although there was a dining table and chairs available for seating.
